Are you fluent in English and ready to start a stable career? At ContactPoint 360, we’re hiring Bilingual Customer Service Agents to work in Bogotá with the opportunity to transition to work-from-home after just 2 months!

🎯 What We Offer:

  • 💰 Base Salary: $2,300,000 COP/month
  • 🕒 Attendance Bonus: $400,000 COP/month
  • 🚀 Performance Bonus: Up to $500,000 COP
  • 📍 Initial location: Calle 97 con Autopista Norte (front of Calle 100 station)
  • 🏡 Work from home after 2 months
  • 📄 Permanent contract (contrato indefinido)
  • 🗓️ 46-hour work week with 2 days off
  • ⏰ Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (weekends off)
  • ⌛ Operations: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. (flexible scheduling)

✅ Requirements:

  • B2+ English level
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High school diploma or higher
  • Customer-focused and team-oriented attitude
  • Call center experience is a plus
