About the position:
Join an exciting new project with a key client, becoming part of the Wave 1 of our bilingual team. Your main responsibility will be managing accounts with outstanding balances, contacting customers to negotiate and ensure debt payments. This role is 100% focused on Collections, working with specific goals and maximizing your earning potential through commissions.
Benefits:
💸 Base salary: $2,300,000
⏰ Attendance bonus: $400,000 for meeting your schedule and being punctual.
🎉 Hiring bonus: $1,000,000 (Receive $500,000 after 3 months and another $500,000 after 5 months if you maintain 100% attendance during your training and nesting period).
🎉 Additional benefits within the campaign.
Schedule details:
🕛 Training schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
🕐 Operations schedule:
- Contracted for 46 hours per week.
- Availability: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
- Days off: Two days off per week.
- Fixed shifts, including fixed days off.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (80% or higher).
- Availability to work 100% on-site.
- Experience in Collections.
- Commitment to attendance and punctuality.
