🔹 Responsibilities
- Provide customer service support to international clients.
- Understand customer needs and deliver clear and accurate solutions.
- Handle inquiries professionally and empathetically.
- Meet quality and service performance metrics.

- Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
