We are looking for an HR generalist to lead strategic initiatives that strengthen organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and retention.

💼 What will you do?

You will be responsible for designing, executing, and monitoring corporate well-being strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and positioning the company as a great place to work 💙

🔑 Key Responsibilities

📊 Strategic Planning & Development

  • Design and execute the annual corporate well-being plan
  • Develop strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee retention
  • Build corporate partnerships to provide employee benefits
  • Manage and control the department’s budget
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and key stakeholders
  • Drive initiatives that enhance company culture

🎯 Execution & Resource Management

  • Coordinate sports, recreational, and social activities
  • Lead focus groups and strategic meetings across different levels
  • Conduct and analyze employee satisfaction surveys
  • Support training and performance evaluation processes

🤝 Employee Relations

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends
  • Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and complaints
  • Prepare reports with insights, results, and improvement plans
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies
  • Support the development of team members

🎓 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 6 months of experience leading well-being processes in BPO environments
