At Contact Point 360, we are hiring Bilingual Backoffice Agents to support international home solutions companies.

- Base salary: COP $2,500,000 + bonuses
- Performance bonus: COP $150,000 per month
- Hiring bonus: COP $1,000,000
- Indefinite-term contract + legal benefits
- Fixed schedule: 44 hours per week

🔹 Responsibilities
- Perform backoffice tasks and administrative support for international accounts.
- Review, process, and update information accurately in internal systems.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal procedures.
- Support operational teams with documentation and process management.
- Meet productivity and quality performance metrics.

- Advanced English (B2+ or higher).
- Strong written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
