At Contact Point 360, we are hiring Bilingual Customer Service Agents with a Cross-Selling focus to support international home solutions companies.

No previous experience required – 100% paid training from day one.

What we offer:

  • Base salary: COP $2,700,000 + bonuses.
  • Uncapped commissions.
  • Indefinite-term contract + legal benefits.
  • Performance bonus: COP $200,000 – $250,000/month.
  • Hiring bonus: COP $1,000,000.
  • Fixed schedule | 2 days off per week.
  • On-site / Hybrid / WFH (selected campaigns)

🔹 Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to international clients.
  • Identify customer needs and offer additional products or services.
  • Deliver clear, accurate, and empathetic solutions.
  • Meet performance and sales-related metrics.

  • Advanced English (B2+ or higher)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented mindset.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • No previous experience required.
