🔍 Role Purpose:
As a QA Analyst, you’ll evaluate and monitor agent interactions to ensure compliance with client and company standards, provide valuable feedback 💡, and drive continuous improvement across our operations.
💼 What You’ll Do:
✅ Evaluate calls, chats, or cases following QA scorecards.
✅ Provide constructive and timely feedback.
✅ Detect trends and areas for improvement.
✅ Join calibration sessions to align with client standards.
✅ Keep QA reports accurate and up to date.
✅ Support quality initiatives and training sessions.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
✨ 3 months of experience as an agent in operations.
✨ Excellent QA results in the last 3 months.
✨ Strong product and KPI knowledge.
✨ English level: B2+ or higher 🗣️
✨ Detail-oriented, proactive, and coachable attitude.
✨ Flexibility to work on-site and adapt to operational needs.
💻 Skills: Microsoft Office 365, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and a positive mindset! 🙌
