💼 Key Responsibilities
✨ Batch edit large volumes of guest photos with accuracy and consistency
✨ Cleanly and efficiently remove backgrounds
✨ Apply color correction and lighting enhancements
✨ Retouch skin while preserving natural texture
✨ Meet daily and weekly production targets
✨ Identify and resolve image quality issues proactively
✨ Manage time effectively in a fast-paced production environment
✨ Perform final QA checks to ensure flawless quality (client + CP360 standards)
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications
✔ Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Camera Raw
✔ Proven experience with batch editing workflows
✔ Strong skin retouching skills
✔ Familiarity with actions, presets, and batch automation
✔ Solid understanding of lighting, shadows, and photography principles
✔ Strong eye for composition, detail, and visual balance
✔ Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
