En ContactPoint 360, somos un BPO multinacional reconocido como Great Place to Work®. Buscamos un/a BDR con mentalidad de cazador, que sepa abrir puertas, generar oportunidades y agendar reuniones con empresas en Estados Unidos y Canadá.
🎯 Tu misión:
- Generar tu propio pipeline desde cero
- Hacer llamadas en frío, enviar correos y contactar por LinkedIn
- Calificar prospectos y agendar reuniones para el equipo de ventas
- Cumplir KPIs semanales y mensuales
- Usar herramientas como Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce
🧠 Requisitos:
- 1 a 3 años de experiencia como BDR / SDR / Inside Sales
- Nivel de inglés avanzado (oral y escrito)
- Seguridad en llamadas en frío y manejo de objeciones
- Conocimiento en herramientas de prospección y CRM
